Matcha Sprinkles  

Matcha Salt

  • Combine 1 tsp Konomi Matcha- Plain or Vanilla with 1 tsp salt flakes.

Use straight away to sprinkle on eggs, avocado, tomato, chicken, fish or steak.

 Sweet Matcha 

  • Combine 1 tsp Konomi Matcha- Vanilla, Maple, Honey Spice or Chocolate with 1 tsp Agave, coconut or brown sugar.

Sprinkle mix onto pancakes, French toast, buttered toast or on Greek yoghurt

 Matcha Dukka:

  •  Combine 1 tsp Konomi Matcha- Honey Spice with 1 tsp ground Garam masala, 2 tsp sesame seeds (white or black), ½ tsp ground cumin, ½ tsp fennel seeds and ½ tsp salt.

Sprinkle onto cooked meats, avocado or for dipping, place Matcha Dukka into a bowl and serve with olive oil and crusty bread.
