Long Island Iced Tea - Konomi Style

What you need:

• 1 scoop of Konomi Matcha, Vanilla or Plain
• 1 tbsp water
• 20mls vodka
• 20mls gin
• 20mls sugar syrup
• 2 slices of lemon or lime
• 5 basil or mint leaves
• Soda water
• Ice

How to:

1. Add Konomi Matcha and water to a tall glass and wisk into a thin paste.
2. Stir in vodka, gin, sugar syrup and add lemon and basil leaves.
3. Top up with soda water and add several ice cubes.
4. Sip slowly

Serves 1

Tip:

Try white rum or tequila in place of vodka or gin.
